At Zilya Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice by phone call to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Customers can cancel an appointment online with a minimum 24-hour notice if the appointment was made through the Vagaro booking platform. Appointment cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

RETURN POLICY

Products are eligible for a return up to 14 days from purchase. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Tools, brushes, and accessories are not eligible for return. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the payment.

CLIENT POLICY

We welcome all into our salon. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or makes the stylist uncomfortable in any way.

CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction.  Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 7 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.

GRATUITY POLICY 

Tips are not required but are always appreciated. If you choose, you are able to leave a gratuity for your provider via cash, credit card, or Venmo.

EXTENSION POLICY 

Not loving your new head of hair? Zilya Salon will remove the extensions at no charge within 2 weeks of the hair extension application. However, the costs of the haircut and hair extension application services are non-refundable. Hair extension removal services requested after the complimentary 2-week removal period will be provided at a cost equivalent to the service providers’ rate quoted in the initial consultation.

GIFT CARD POLICY

With gift card sales, all sales and purchases made with the gift card are final.

COVID POLICY

Effective Friday, February 25th, face masks are optional in our salons in alignment with Minneapolis and St. Paul lifting their indoor mask mandates. Upon request, your Zilya Salon Artist will be happy to wear a mask during your service if you prefer.
